END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR XEDANT KEYWORD TOOL

IMPORTANT: This Software License Agreement is a legal
agreement between you (either an individual or a single
entity) and Xedant.com for Xedant Keyword Tool, which includes
computer software and may include associated media, printed
materials, and online or electronic documentation.

By installing or otherwise using Xedant Keyword Tool you agree
to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.
1. THE SOFTWARE

The SOFTWARE under this license is Xedant Keyword Tool, which
consists of executable files and documentation.
2 . COPYRIGHT

All copyrights to Xedant Keyword Tool are exclusively owned by
Xedant.com. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved
by Xedant.com.
3. IMPORTANT NOTICE

By installing, copying, running, or otherwise using Xedant
Keyword Tool, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license.
If you do not agree to the terms of this license, you must remove
all files relating to Xedant Keyword Tool from your computer.
4. GRANT OF LICENSE

You may install and use Xedant on up to 3 computers, workstations
or laptops.
5. REVERSE ENGINEERING

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, modify, decompile, disassemble,
otherwise reverse engineer Xedant Keyword Tool, or any its part,
except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Xedant Keyword Tool is distributed "as is". No warranty of any kind
is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author will
not be liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other
kind of loss while using or mis-using this software.
